Roast or grilled chicken

Ingredients:

1 meaty organic chicken, 1 part sweet paprika, 10 parts salt, potato, butter, parsley

Preparation:

Clean the chicken, cut the gland away from the “bishop”. Salt the inside of the chicken and rub the outside with the salt and paprika mixture. To achieve the optimum taste, this should be done a few hours in advance. Roast the chicken in the oven at approx. 230°C or grill in the oven.
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Heat the butter in a pan and toss the cooked potatoes in it. Season with salt and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
