Ciabatta or white bread, tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, mozzarella balls, olive oil, salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the bread into slices and fry (or toast) on both sides in olive oil until crispy. Rub the warm toasted slices of bread with a clove of garlic. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes, spread on the slices of bread and season with fresh basil, salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and place on top.
