Mediterranean” chicken breast

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillets with skin, mushrooms, spring onion Cocktail tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt Pepper, chicken stock, white wine

Preparation:

Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut into even pieces.
Fry the chicken pieces on the skin side in olive oil until crispy, turn and leave to stand on the meat side. Place the meat with the rosemary in the oven preheated to 100° C.
Sauté the washed and sliced young onion, garlic, cleaned mushrooms and cocktail tomatoes in the roast residue, add a little white wine and chicken stock. Allow to reduce briefly.
Arrange the meat and vegetables on warmed plates. Serve with fresh baguette.
