Fresh summer salad

Ingredients:

Picking lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, chicory, radishes, cocktail tomatoes, cucumber, salt, pepper, honey, basil oil, raspberry vinegar

Preparation:

Wash the lettuce well and spin dry. Remove the stalk from the chicory and halve or quarter depending on the size. Slice the radishes and cucumber. Halve the cocktail tomatoes.
Marinade: Whisk the salt, pepper, honey and raspberry vinegar well. Mix in the basil oil with a whisk and combine with the salad in a spacious bowl.

Serve with toasted garlic bread or baguette.
