250 g curd cheese, 100 g butter, onion, gherkins, capers, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, sweet paprika powder
Preparation:
Cream the lukewarm butter, add the curd cheese and mix with the paprika powder until smooth. Mix in the gherkins, capers, onion, garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper from the grinder. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with radishes, radishes, pretzels or farmhouse bread.
