Greek farmer’s salad

Ingredients:

Yellow, green and red peppers
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Onion
Olives
Sheep’s cheese
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Olive oil
Wine vinegar

Preparation:

Wash and dry the vegetables well. Quarter the peppers, cut out the seeds and ribs. Cut everything into even bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Marinade:
Mix together the salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Slowly stir in the olive oil with a whisk so that it binds.

Mix the chopped vegetables, feta cheese and seedless olives with the marinade.
