Entrecôte with French fries

Ingredients:

Entrecôte (Beiried) approx. 180 g, oil, salt, pepper, potato

Preparation:

Peel the raw potato, cut into pencil-thick sticks and fry in hot fat. Drain well and season with salt.
Season both sides of the entrecôtes with salt and pepper, fry slowly in hot oil and turn.

Tip: Add butter and chopped garlic to the frying pan, brown lightly and pour over the meat.
